Hangzhou Westlake Golden Plaza Hotel

Good place, every thing is close by. Staff members are tremendous pleasant and useful and talk great English. There are actually activities each and every evening and it´s a great way to meet people today. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s really small. Great value for the price!

I have booked the room for three nights with my husband. Beds were comfy and the room was constantly pretty clean. The employees were really handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom have been clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel at least all along our stay.
